Our cool climate Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is as remarkable as is it rare. Years ago, there seemed to be plenty of Cabernet vines growing in Eden Valley, yet fewer remain today.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is named after our eldest granddaughter Bronte and is matured gracefully in French oak hogsheads for 12 months before bottling.

Our 2021 Miss Bronte Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is created to be an easily approachable yet varietydefining style for lovers of cabernet.
Upon release, thanks to favourable seasonal conditions, our Cabernet shows off all the beautiful leafy aromas that we found in the vineyard during ripening, along with gentle mint and sage notes.
Unmistakable ripe blackberry, rich black currant and cassis flavours dance across the palate with herbal lacework woven in.
Spectacular open-grained tannin as expected, is defined by chocolate and soft cocoa to balance the flawless finish.
Food pairing ideas
Slow braised lamb shanks, actually lamb is definitely the top pick for this wine. And dessert... how about a cherry ripe?
