2020 Jack Harrison Shiraz

This wine is named after our grandson Jack, who resides at the vineyard and is training to become our future winemaker and viticulturist. Our premium Shiraz is made from our own Eden Valley cool climate single vineyard Shiraz grapes, from vines that boast an average age of 60 years.

Tasting comments

An inviting deep bouquet filled with layers of dark fruit, including luxurious black currants, ripe plums and succulent black cherries. French oak nurturing the textural structure. Extremely luscious ripe fruits and subtle hints of spices result in a harmonious fusion and depth of flavours across the entire palate, thanks to a well-balanced structure featuring ripe tannins and refreshing acidity to keep everything feeling elegant and well rounded.
