Hãhã 2023 Hawke’s Bay Rosé

Winemaking & Viticulture:

Despite the challenges of the 2023 growing season, the 2023 vintage was an excellent one for Rosé in Hawke’s Bay and has resulted in one of our most exciting wines yet! The grapes were sourced from a number of vineyard sites in Hawke’s Bay in the Bridge Pa sub-region. A mix of Merlot and Malbec, the grapes were processed with minimal pressing on skins to give just a touch of colour. A temperature controlled fermentation with selected yeasts helped to preserve the aromatic flavours.
