Produced from a beautiful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, an elegant wine with a hint of florals and nectarines, bursting with summer berries and a refreshing dry finish.
Winemaking & Viticulture:
Produced from fruit grown in vineyards in Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay, the base wine is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir. The base wine underwent secondary fermentation via the charmat method to produce this complex, fruity Brut Rosé.

Colour: Light rose pink with a peach hue.
Aroma: Fresh and lively red berry and floral aromas with hints of fresh herbs, nectarines and strawberries.
Palate: Vibrant and refreshing bursting with summer berries, brioche flavours and a juicy acidity, finishing long and delicious.
