TRU-SU ROSÉ
Our single vineyard Shiraz Rosé is named after Trevor and Marilyn’s two daughters Trudi and Susan. Crafted from 100% our own Eden Valley Shiraz, picked at the perfect ripeness, specifically to capture all of the fresh and juicy flavours that are necessary to make our Rosé so dynamic. So softly textured on the palate, our Rosé is fruity with dry finesse, generous in length and welcomed on any occasion.
Tasting notes
An alluring pink hue, born from delicate skin contact during winemaking, our Eden Valley Shiraz Rosé is as juicy as nature intended, with bright, fresh generosity of ripe fruits.

Enjoy with seared scallops wrapped in prosciutto, grilled seafoods, assorted cheeses, roasted duck, quiche, or even a hearty casserole
